I think this may have been a smart move... as of las quarter they had 14 mil in the bank and burning at 4mil a quarter... so they may have been able to get through till end of year but it is possible share price may have retreated further and therefor the raising would have been undertaken at a lower price.
Wonder if they will only go to sophisticated investors?
