Canaccord Genuity has launched its third deal for the morning - a $20 million placement for recently-listed AirXpanders. AirXpanders was seeking to raise $20 million through the issue of 26.3 million new CDIs at 76¢ each. The offer was priced at a 14.6 per cent discount to the last close and a 10.8 per cent discount to the 10-day volume weighted average price. Funds raised were to market growth from its AeroForm product in Australia, prepare for the company's launch in the United States and working capital. Canaccord was seeking bids by 10am on Tuesday. The follow-on comes one year after AirXpanders raised $39 million for an initial public offering on the ASX.
