Just be advised that not every share goes down when capital is raised.. sometimes many big investor see it as a massive positive (especially since they mention USA expansion) as it may imply that they are certain of getting FDA approval.
As an example.. take a look what happened to FXL and PLS when they annouced capital raisings.. they both when up significantly... fingers crossed!
