Agree. They would have faced sophisticated investors and would have had to convince them FDA approval was in the bag. This is the biggest immediate risk to company.
Based on similar raises I have seen in medical devices space, there might be a small window of opportunity to pick up relatively cheap (lower to mid 80's). Once investors realise that it is a vote of confidence in company and that no more CR bearing down on company in foreseeable future, then SP will hit 90's+ pretty soon after.
