You might be thinking of TV2 which went into suspension mid May after being late replying to a speeding ticket. I'm not sure you could find a company that would be more different...so I wouldn't be making any comparisons there. Similar thing happened with AJM earlier this month and they're traveling OK, despite everything.
If AZY were on the verge of an announcement then I guess a short suspension is a real possibility to gain extra time, but I can't necessarily see how that will be a negative.
