I dont think the CR is for Buckland, BCI doesnt have the firepower to start something of that magnitude.
I suspect the CR is going to be used to acquire a new jointly owned project.
Also i would not be surprised if its an institutional offer to FMG. It would make sense as to why the CR was announced today along with the other announcements, could be part of the deal.
Renting out NJV, Iron Valley and hopefully Buckland would be the right move for the company.
