Actually now that I think about it, what if BCI have formed a strategic partnership to build the multi-user barge port at Cape Preston?
This would be way less capex than the entire Buckland Project, yield income more quickly, not dependant on iron ore and there was talk 1-2 years back about IOH partnering with an engineering/construction outfit to get this done.
It's the only other thing I can think of...
