Dear Joshua, Request for Trading Halt Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Bionomics Limited (ASX: BNO) (OTCQX: BNOEF) requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to its securities, commencing from the start of trading today.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement from the Company regarding results from its BNC210 Phase 2 clinical trial in patients with Generalised Anxiety Disorder.
Bionomics requests that the trading halt operates until an announcement is made or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 21 September 2016, whichever occurs first. Bionomics is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. Bionomics is not aware of any other information about which the market should be informed in relation to the trading halt. Please contact me if you have any queries.
