I agree, its a crazy dilution and a messy capital raise procedure (timing/ambiguity/borderline misleading announcements...), letss hope management will manage the new graphite company better than how they managemed (dismanaged ?) the capital raise. I repeat my opinion : this is a binary investment, an incredible graphite investment opportunity, either management will screw this over time and we loose it all or we will make a killing, i dont see any scenario in-between. (loose it all a la ex-stratmin scenario, low probability this stratmin nightmare will repeat itself for Bass shareholders, after 3 years of trial and error, Bass management should know better, and they are conservative about 6000tpa after reburshishing the current plant, i believe we could achieve at least 7000tpa and up to 10.000tpa with the same plant),
