Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) hereby makes application for a trading halt of its
securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to Listing Rule 17.1:
• The Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement with regard to a
strategic capital raising, from sophisticated investors to cover the costs of integrating proposed
acquisitions of Noveda Technologies Inc. and Zentri Inc. ;
• The trading halt is to last until the Company releases an announcement, expected to be before
opening of trading on Wednesday, 6 July 2016; and
