Based on Dave's wording and idea of a strategic CR from my sit down discussion with him I would be surprised if this is at a discount to the current SP. I brought up the issue of needing another CR before the company became cashflow positive and he was of the belief that the cash they had raised was still sufficient to complete their land grab faze. This faze was said to be the first 3 years. He did however say that he wouldn't rule out a CR if investors came to the company offering a deal to good they couldn't refuse. Now the most recent acquisition could have changed that as it got announced a day after we chatted but he would have know that at the time as well even if we didn't. So I am forming my view that this is an offer that was to good to refuse and will be at a premium. If it is below the previous 10c raising I will be extremely disappointed given we haven't traded below that since relisting. Prediction of CR is 12-12.5c
