    In my opinion Noveda should definitely go ahead. Zntri needed to prove their worth by generating a certain amount of revenue before the deadline for buddy to aqquire it, that was the deal. They were staying on track and holding up their side off the agreement so it should pass too but well soon find out. As quanta said, its just a manditory rule.
