My guess is that XPE have made a bid for Zentri.

BUD will get Noveda, XPE will get Zentri.

I'm not sure whether XPE directors and BUD directors are on friendly terms or not, it would be interesting to know if they have been talking or negotiating.

This could be an agreement between XPE and BUD, so that as well as getting Zentri, XPE allows BUD to take a share in XPE, say 5% or something.

BUD gets Noveda.
XPE gets Zentri.
BUD gets 5% or more of XPE via a placement or something.
