Don't worry it's a good move $3mill is a pittance for a project of this size more than doubled in price since last raise nothing wrong with that, expect this one to be a big one around $10-$20mill.

Kinda sucks they have blunted the short term run it would have run well today, but you cant run a company just to suit the short terms.
