spot on Brant, they can only issue up to 560mill. new shares and by the looks of the last 5 day VWAP it should be @ around 0.0028 by my calcs. (80% of 0.003527) So they are after $1.5 mill. and I am thinking its for drilling as this is the next stage to prove up the resource. If this is the case they aren't mucking around and IMO they have a soph. already in place.
