Well if it is a CR I hope its enormous and they dont have to do another one for a very very long time! And after this raise, if it is one , then they better get those options in the money that they hand out so freely, and ensure that they all get converted so that the company will be swimming in cash in the future!!!!! But of course for that to happen they will need to get the Share price over 3 cents!!!! Question is, DO they have the skills to get that done? Especially as they didnt want to do a large Cap Raise previously as they felt SP was too low....and yet here we are looking for funds with an even lower SP.....Perhaps some pay cuts at the top might help with the cash burn??? Or perhaps the directors could convert their options and get us cashed up????
