Yep, I reckon the spin doctors are working overtime. You would have thought management would have been well aware and had a statement at hand if the press reporting of the arbitration contents is as reported.
Poor form if the is that case - sounds like it could be a case of announce it and use the "hope it doesn't get out" strategy.
