    Like most agricultural or resource pursuits, bigger is normally better. CSS has struggled to get the economies of scale needed to spread risk and create enough cash flow to re invest in the business. For any resource company (and remember that CSS is a resource business), cash flow is king and CSS has failed to show that it is cash flow positive. Hence the cap raising. If capital is being raised for "general corporate purposes", then, IMO, it would be foolish to purchase. If they are raising capital to grow the business, that might be OK.
