While we're waiting for the news, I thought I'd have a look over the NT Goverment's Department of Mines and Energy Strike site. With extensive datasets generating quick on-the-fly map overlays and a default 'anonymous user' setting for completely open access, it's a schmick site with impressive content. Definitely worth a play if you're into spatial data (I'm sure @john435 has it in his favourites), but the site also features associated data, documents, etc.

I've included a screenshot below for interest. It shows approved exploration licence areas (in green) and the pending licence areas (in brown) for a section of the Bynoe region. Highlighted in blue is EL29698, which we'll be learning more about tomorrow when drill results are announced and the Trading Halt is lifted. To the bottom left of this area, is EL31126, which is CXO's licence area - yet to be approved for exploration. This area contains the Zola pegmatite, which runs pretty much due N-S between the label on the image, like this EL31 - ZOLA - 126.

The exploration licence for other CXO lithium prospects in the Bynoe region are also still pending (they include EL31279, EL31127, EL31271 on this map and several others off-screen... you get the idea, and can see why @john435 is keen on the scale of CXO's lithium land grab in the Bynoe).

The good news is that the 'Notice for Proposed Grant of Exploration Licences' for EL31126 and a number of other CXO lithium prospects in the Bynoe and further south was given on 20 April 2016, so the 4 month exposure period (under the Native Title Act of 1993) was up 20 August. Approvals for drilling EL21126 can't be far away (I'll be checking Strike to see when it's approved)... but of course Zola is clearly not the only pegmatite swarm in (or at least near) town.

For now, CXOs decision to early exercise its option to acquire EL29698 (from AUE for $80k) and assume 100% ownership of the area (ann. 15 Aug), together with the flurry of buying just before the TH yesterday afternoon, reinforces my expectation of strong results tomorrow. All IMHO. DYOR, and GLTAH. R-7.
