Broker Canaccord Genuity is expected to launch an equity raising for Capilano Honey on Thursday morning.
The raising is expected to be worth up to $25 million.
The company had a $182 million market capitalisation prior to the offer.
The raising comes soon after Standard & Poors added Capilano to the All Ordinaries index.
Capilano shares last closed at $21.12.
