Na, the ann says "release of important further information concerning the size and operation of the US Navy Research Labs and Parsons Prime Contract and Department 13's sub contract for networking, communications and cyber security services to the US Navy."

I reckon they're going to ann an upgrade to earlier guidance, maybe provide some more specifics (well, as much as the US defence interests will allow them to).
