This helps explain the recent "advertising" through HotCopper as well as the somewhat random trading halt which didn't really lead to a whole lot of new news. Looks like these communications were part of a strategy to raise the shareprice so that the captial raising could take place at a higher price - which, to be fair, is good for existing shareholders (the higher price, not the capital raising per se).
