    The announcement refers to " a transaction relating to securities in the Company. " which is not a deal or partnership, so this is not the case. IMHO, this is related to a transactions (buy/sell off market) in company securities. We will know at what price, this will determine if this is good or bad.

    Hopefully will be positive. Finger crossed.
