Lets look at the facts, Zhenya left our company and has a large holding of shares.
Our company surely want to distance him from DCC.
Zhenya will either sell or hold onto his shares. His decision will have an impact on our company.
If he holds onto his shares, there surely wouldn't be an announcement. If he decides to sell his shares, there would only be an announcement when he finds a buyer.
Based on whats most likely after a chairman leaves a company, and an announcement coming about a "Transaction" taking place, relating to "Securities". Logic suggests he Zhenya sold his shares to a buyer.
Generally this is a good thing as obviously Zhenya would want to sell his shares, as well he wouldn't just give them away. The price has always been around 10-15c during the later part of his time there, so you'd have to assume the price he sold to some one wouldn't be lower than 7c???? Im thinking he sold it for between 9-11c range?
Looking forward to seeing the update, but I am confident it wouldn't be much lower than todays price.
