It’s not a partnership (given the wording that they have used)
I doubt it is in relation to the securities held by management (they could control the announcement and there would be no reason for a TH)
It could be in relation to Z’s holdings (as he is not management if there has been a transfer and the company is aware they would need to ensure an announcement is issued) (personally if I bought 43 million shares in DigitalX I wouldn’t want anyone to know either…)
It could also be related to issuing bonus options to the shareholders.
It’s not much fun speculating while in TH. Its only 2 days, let’s wait and see.
