Mate, we have talked about this before. Bidding at 0.005c does not mean the opening price will be at 0.005. It simply means that the person bidding 0.005 will be the first one to get his hands on at 0.004. Untill you see the buy side at 0.004 build up equal to the sell side at 0.004 the SP omdoes not move up. Hope this explains it.
