My Guess a Cap raise then two months later into Admin.
The CEO is registered in Cayman Islands. This is lifestyle business not a real business.
The first few reports including the IPO must have been loaded with tax tricks to begin with. How can a small company like this go from breaking even, to slashing costs and staff, to losing $40million in one year? How did they get $20million from smart business people only last year? How did they get a fund to load up @ $2 recently.
This thing E88 is so bizarre I am not sure what it is so i will call it a thing.
