Not sure how i came across this link but here is a decent opinion on EMC:

1. China is one of the world’s worse performers with respect to water quality (ranked 116 out of 132), with the head of China’s Ministry of Water Services stating that “up to 40% of the countries rivers are seriously polluted”, and up to 200 million rural Chinese have no access to clean drinking water.

Around one third and more than 90% of household sewerage in Chine is released into rivers and lakes without being treated, and nearly 80% of China’s cities (278 of them) have no sewerage treatment facilities.
China has embarked on a new 5 year plan, with one of the key highlights on reducing water pollution and also energy consumption. As outlined in the corporate video Emefcy’s solution requires up to 90% less power (fulfilling the energy consumption mandate), as well as the obvious application for water treatment.

He makes a few other decent points too.

Once the market is made aware of the inroads into the Chinese market with stakes in the ground, I am seeing a conservative MC of $200 - $250m. My 12-24 target is circa $500+ MC, based onEmefcy hitting their targets and aggressive entry into the Chinese market. Once the Chinese market has been proven, it will be the catalyst to approach Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, etc.
