The price action over the last few weeks was the give away.
I just hope the pr_cks who got wind of it and were selling down aggressively looking to replace their paper in the raising aren't given a look in.
The raising should go solely to local and foreign instos - stuff the retail investors.
If the stock is properly placed - and I assume it will be as management hasn't put a foot wrong yet; I expect short-term news flow and short-term price appreciation but this time above $1.
