In the past a placement to instos and sophs has been followed by a SPP to holders.
Hopefully they will play to form.
No desperate need, one would think, so maybe opportunity for expansion of plans.....
or acceleration of program on the ground in SL.
Maybe building nasa's graphene factory in SL. Maybe another drill?...
Buying up another SL operator?
Plenty of demand coming worldwide - eg, big Chinese delegation reported in SL wanting graphite.
