Off course they are going to need more cash.
However, with the Greenlandic Government behind the project & a ML pending (some have muted 2016) 2017. I do not think the company will have a problem raising whatever cash they require.
True REE's prices have suffered but what goes down does come up & we are some way off before the Plant is ready to produce.
