This quote below from the 2015 Annual Report - I think there have been more developments on this front over the past months. NFC have the money and expertise to make this happen.

(NFC), during a visit to Beijing by Mr. Tony Ho, Chairman and Dr. John Mair, Managing Director of GMEL April 2015."
