New Energy vehicles are a different kettle of fish to those fossil vehicles.

With a fossil vehicle you make it from the various metals and then sell it, leaving it for an oil company to fill up.

New Energy vehicles require a tank and that tank is made of lithium. The customer still needs to fill their car up so to speak, however some may have the ability to charge from their own power sources.
