Umm cory85, if it's a JV, each JV partner contributes a certain % of costs based on equity interest. The JV operator would bill the other joint venture parties on a monthly basis. JV agreement will set this all out, but there's no chance that any party will get a free carry. (unless it's a royalty arrangement).
