General Mining Corporation Limited (General Mining or Company) requests an immediate trading halt with respect to its securities.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, General Mining provides the following information in relation to the request:

1. The trading halt is necessary for the Company to make an announcement to the market in relation to an update on the Offtake Agreements for Mt Cattlin;

2. General Mining requests that the trading halt remains in place for two days or until an
announcement is released and the Company requests the trading halt be lifted;
