Yeah - I agree. I said my most likely was a minor change in the shipment figures/dates.
I only considered a take-over as it could require a cancellation of the off-take to allow that to play out.

I actually hope its not a converter deal - or at least not one where GXY has to pay money.
SDV represents the best combo of production and processing in one go - so I can't see them sinking money into a spodumene processor for the time being when there is a big bill coming up for SDV.

If a processor was willing to give us a more equitable percentage of the final carbonate pricing then hell yeah - swap them in and lets get on with it.
