The question is HOW the deal will be done....
As a rule of thumb, the BUYER usually sees SP fall as are usually paying a premium.
The TARGET usually sees a SP rise because of said premium....
If GXY are merging/taking over GMM, what will be the terms and/or premium.... And what impact will that have on GXY's SP....
Mt Tse has said we won't be going back to the equity (capital) markets, so if its a scrip what will be the 'reward' for GMM holders.....?
Yes... the two companies are very close... but business IS business.... It's very possible GMM won't simply taking an at-market deal......
That is my concern as a GXY holder.....
BUT.... now we can only wait and see!!!! The entity would definitely be good for all our projects AND.... maybe this is how SdV will get moving too.....
