    My thoughts are the same as @Thesi

    They both might go JV into a Lithium converter. Mr Tse has alluded to this previously. Vertical integration would be better in my eyes than a merger. They are both distinct companies in their own right and have different strategies.

    Personally, I would like to see GXY hit $4 as a lone wolf. I own GMM as well and I like my eggs in separate baskets.

    GXY to acquire, GMM to have corporate control?
