    Positives:
    - cost savings
    - GMM financing problems go away
    - uncertainty about payments from GMM to GXY disappear.

    Negatives:
    - can't think of many.

    Just go to ask yourself, when you add GXY's and GMM's market caps together, whether they are justified by the underlying assets.
