    What is everyone's thoughts on the 'new owners team' that Tse mentioned in that video? He said they'd be announcing the team in May/June. Will that be part of the AGM? Could this be part of the merger?

    He did mention that they have (or tried to) gather a lot of very experienced lithium execs.
