    Here's my hopeful theory:

    GXY and GMM acquiring a Lithium Converter together. GMM have corporate control. Both companies can throw their spodumene into the converters and increase their margins on the sale of their spodumene whilst getting a piece of the Lithium carbonate game.

    I like these companies to be separate.
