The timing does seem awfully strange. Consider the fact that AGM is in 5 days and GXY is presenting in Vegas as we speak, if this was a merger the two had considered for a while, the timing would have been based around these two events better, especially the AGM
I think then that AC could be onto something in regards to a third party being involved here, possibly the other off take partner
