    in 2013 resimac bought the remains of RAMS for 130m

    looks like resimac has loan book of 5b vs HOM with 8b - SIA states 13b combined.

    who is doing who the deal that needs to be done ?

    Given there are no financials released for resimac - how does the HOM shareholder form any immediate decision on the value of such a proposed transaction ....
