Seems entirely possible that the $24,000 includes a certain amount of service, including SOAs, up to the minimum entry point cost, then further revenue is generated once a practice goes over that. It might throw forrestfield's estimates out a little but should have little or no major effect on overall outcomes in time, and as advisers get used to the process and use it more than a minimal amount.
