Intiger Group Limited (“Intiger Group” or the “Company”) requests a trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement by the Company regarding execution of a material agreement with a leading independent financial planning group. The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 19 September 2016, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the agreement. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
