Last time they opted out and let there holding dilute lower. They seem to have gone cold on ICQ. In there annual report they gave one line to ICQ saying if appeared over valued.
Aweful lot of money being plied into this stock with little to show from the last 2 years. This will be their last raising before either success or failure.
