The manner in which iCarAsia has excluded and diluted minority shareholders in this most recent capital raising is nothing short of disgraceful.

Rest assured that I will be making an application to the Australian Takeovers Panel to ensure that all parties who are eligible to subscribe for shares in this deal are excluded from voting on its approval.
