    So they appoint a new CEO...
    Who decides to spend a million extra per quarter,
    Making the company run out of cash and need cap raise...
    So the share price immediately halves...
    And the board decides THIS (of all times) is the best time to capital raise...
    And they do so by excluding minorities and bumping their holdings at a bargain price.

    Right.

    Can anyone spell "fiduciary"?
