They could have done the CR a lot better. For example have an underwriter for any shares not taken up by retail investors and offer an entitlement based on current shares held, thereby giving everyone an equal opportunity to invest. This would ensure they meet their CR goals, everyone is happy and involved (if they so choose) and not leave a sour taste in retail investors mouth. I'm out until it drops below institutional investor buy-in.
