An all stock bid from another company would preserve some of the upside for shareholders and wipe out ~13m debt in the process...but to be honest, I am not sure that wiping out the bond holder debt via a take over is the magic bullet that will save the company...
BillC and other bond holders...sorry if my comments upset you but I coming at the problem purely from a pragmatic balance sheet perspective...nothing personal...
